Abstract

<p>Discouse analysis is a commonly used methodology in social and cultural sciences but it has rarely been used nor discussed in research of lega documents. In this article we explore the relationship between legal research and discourse analysis, and set discourse analytical methods in the broader context of social construtionist theory. The article has been popular with the doctoral students of law. <br /></p>
